PN Allergy Formula is a blend of seven standardized herbal extracts combined with vitamin C, the bioflavonoid quercetin and zinc. The herbal blend is based largely on the patented formula Aller-7® which was also manufactured under the Preventive Nutrition® brand by GNC in the United States. Aller-7® has been clinically proven to promote respiratory health and normal breathing seasonally and all year round. Allergy Formula is almost identical except for Terminalia bellerica which is not approved in Australia. This has been replaced by Green Tea extract.

Seasonal rhinitis (hay fever) and allergies to certain foods and other environmental allergens can cause symptoms such as mucus congestion in the nose, throat and lungs, itchy, watery eyes, irritated throat, sneezing, runny nose, wheezing and coughing.
